When a property listing expires, users can choose to Repost or Extend.
Repost button is in blue and will appear on listing list page. You can just click on repost and it will be automatically reposted.
However, reposting requires sufficient Active Listing Quota. For example, if you have 3 Active Listing Quota and currently you have used up all of it and none of them is going to expire. You have a post which had just expired a while ago and you intend to repost it but you are not allowed to do so because your quota has been used up. Repost can be clicked once any of your listings expires.

Extend Property Listing
Besides, you can also choose to extend the listing period where they will be directed to the payment page to select the extension period with their respective costs.
