To post a listing, you will need a CloudHax account. Simply Sign Up to create an account and you may start adding listings. You can either sign up using your email or connect via Facebook, Twitter or Google Plus.
Free Property Listing / Premium Property Listing
Two available options for listings are free listing and premium listing. There are four types of accounts in CloudHax Property platform, namely Free, Pro, Gold and Platinum with different pricing and features for each. Free Account is entitled to only 3 Free Active Listing Quota, Pro Account is given 10 Active Listing Quota with 10 Premium Property Listing Credit. Currently, to purchase 1 Premium Property Listing you will need RM10, equivalent to 10 Hax Credit. In other words, Pro account users can utilize their 10 Premium Property Listing Credit to trade with 1 Premium Property Listing. Basically the higher the plans, the more Active Listing Quota, Premium Property Listing Credits, longer listing period and so on.
Premium listing is entitled to a fixed period of time while Active Listing Quota period varies according to the account plan you engage with. Premium Property Listing is available to be purchased using Hax Credits and with this, you get exclusive exposure with random displays on landing page as well as appearing as top priority on Property Listing search page. Besides, additional exposure is also given for Premium Property Listing (a total of 3) whenever users are not viewing landing page. The listings will appear randomly at the right side bar, underneath the ads on every page.
Post Property Listing
To post a Property Listing on CloudHax Property, navigate to the Listing button or click on the plus (+) sign. You will be redirected to complete a list of required details. Some of the fields are compulsory while others may be optional.
Choosing a Property
Filling in the form for Property Listing is a breeze. The entry of a property name within CloudHax Property database will automatically generate corresponding details but if you are entering a property name unlisted in the database, you may also add it in by your own. There are fields for information aplenty such as types of listing, location, prices, facilities available, etc. Additional information such as promotional deals may be included in the Highlight field.
Cloud Images / Map pointing
The listing also allows you to upload images ofthe property or select the images available on Cloud Images, defaulted by the database system. Not only that, a map of the location of the property is also provided. Should you think the location is not correct, click on the exact location or insert the address for higher precision.
Payment / Free
Your listing(s) will be published on the date it is created, unless you specify another date at the Start Date column. Upon completing everything, you will be directed to the payment section. Both Free Property Listing and Premium Property Listing are subject to complete the payment process with respective invoices, though the Free Property Listing will have a cost of RM0. You can also choose to extend the listing period with small charges.
