12月1日，政府将不再津贴 RON 95及柴油
贸消部宣布，从今年12月1日开始，将根据“管理式浮动机制”（managed float）决定RON95汽油及柴油的价格。
11月21日，马来西亚贸消部突然宣布，从今年12月1日开始，将取消RON 95汽油和柴油的津贴。马来西亚的全部燃油将根据『管理式浮动机制（managed float）』来决定价格。
这项宣布意味着，从12与开始，RON 95 汽油及 Diesel 柴油将跟随 RON 97 汽油的脚步，不再获得政府的津贴，而是根据一个月的国际原油平均价格来决定售价。目前11月的国际汽油价格大约是RM 2.27，和目前的大马的售价相差RM 0.03。一起来看看国际产油国的汽油价格吧。

RE-POST YOUR LISTING - HASSLE FREE
You can now re-post your expired property listing with just 2 clicks
When a property listing expires, users can choose to Repost or Extend.
Repost button is in blue and will appear on listing list page. You can just click on repost and it will be automatically reposted.
However, reposting requires sufficient Active Listing Quota. For example, if you have 3 Active Listing Quota and currently you have used up all of it and none of them is going to expire. You have a post which had just expired a while ago and you intend to repost it but you are not allowed to do so because your quota has been used up. Repost can be clicked once any of your listings expires.

HOW TO POST A PROPERTY LISTING ON CLOUDHAX PROPERTY
Post a Listing on CloudHax
To post a listing, you will need a CloudHax account. Simply Sign Up to create an account and you may start adding listings. You can either sign up using your email or connect via Facebook, Twitter or Google Plus.
Free Property Listing / Premium Property Listing
Two available options for listings are free listing and premium listing. There are four types of accounts in CloudHax Property platform, namely Free, Pro, Gold and Platinum with different pricing and features for each. Free Account is entitled to only 3 Free Active Listing Quota, Pro Account is given 10 Active Listing Quota with 10 Premium Property Listing Credit. Currently, to purchase 1 Premium Property Listing you will need RM10, equivalent to 10 Hax Credit. In other words, Pro account users can utilize their 10 Premium Property Listing Credit to trade with 1 Premium Property Listing. Basically the higher the plans, the more Active Listing Quota, Premium Property Listing Credits, longer listing period and so on.
Premium listing is entitled to a fixed period of time while Active Listing Quota period varies according to the account plan you engage with. Premium Property Listing is available to be purchased using Hax Credits and with this, you get exclusive exposure with random displays on landing page as well as appearing as top priority on Property Listing search page. Besides, additional exposure is also given for Premium Property Listing (a total of 3) whenever users are not viewing landing page. The listings will appear randomly at the right side bar, underneath the ads on every page.

To post a Property Listing on CloudHax Property, navigate to the Listing button or click on the plus (+) sign. You will be redirected to complete a list of required details. Some of the fields are compulsory while others may be optional.
Choosing a Property
Filling in the form for Property Listing is a breeze. The entry of a property name within CloudHax Property database will automatically generate corresponding details but if you are entering a property name unlisted in the database, you may also add it in by your own. There are fields for information aplenty such as types of listing, location, prices, facilities available, etc. Additional information such as promotional deals may be included in the Highlight field.
Cloud Images / Map pointing
The listing also allows you to upload images ofthe property or select the images available on Cloud Images, defaulted by the database system. Not only that, a map of the location of the property is also provided. Should you think the location is not correct, click on the exact location or insert the address for higher precision.
Payment / Free
Your listing(s) will be published on the date it is created, unless you specify another date at the Start Date column. Upon completing everything, you will be directed to the payment section. Both Free Property Listing and Premium Property Listing are subject to complete the payment process with respective invoices, though the Free Property Listing will have a cost of RM0. You can also choose to extend the listing period with small charges.

When users are browsing through the listings and they intend to check out the location of a certain property, they can click on the map link to be directed to the map page. For property sellers or agents, you may drag and populate the exact location of the property on the map you post listings.

CloudHax users may drag the map or zoom in and out for better scrutiny. All property information will be automatically incorporated into the map displayed in blue, sale listings are in red and rent listings in green (or teal) while new upcoming projects are in purple. Users can easily filter the information displayed using the filter controls at the top right corner of the map.
Sale and rent listings will automatically show the prices and clicking onto these information will trigger a display of the property image and its descriptions. Clicking on the title again will redirect users to the particular property page for more detailed information.
